Lenze SE, the drive and automation technology specialist, has been honoured as a "Top National Employer 2013" by the German news magazine Focus, thereby enjoying a position as one of Germany's most popular employers. According to Focus, Lenze is also one of the top 15 employers in the electrical engineering industry. To find the top rated companies, the news magazine carried out a survey of 6,300 employers of all ages and positions to find out which ones offer the best working conditions.
Those surveyed each answered a total of 45 questions and were asked to judge whether their day-to-day work was in line with the career opportunities and working conditions they had been promised. They answered questions on their working environment, salary and management culture, additional benefits and training offers. The survey also focused on finding out whether employees would recommend their company as an employer to friends or family.
"I am absolutely delighted that we received this award for being one of the best employers in Germany. The award shows that we are on exactly the right path. As a future-oriented company, we invest in our own staff and offer them varied and interesting development opportunities and a healthy working environment," comments Ralf Klemme, Head of Human Resources at Lenze. Lenze also already won another employer award this year when the CRF Institute, an independent research organisation, presented the company with a "Top Employer for Engineers 2013" award. "We are extremely proud to receive another employer award and invest even more intensively in our strategy of expanding our position as an attractive employer," added Klemme.
