人间隙连接蛋白(Cx)ELISA试剂盒血清标本的采集、处理和保存：用无菌管收集，采血后室温静置1小时。将采集血液用离心机离心取上清。分装冻存备用。（2-8℃可保存48小时；-20℃可保存1个月；-70℃可保存6个月）根据试验需要取适量上清液进行各种ELISA测定。采集时避免溶血（红细胞溶解时会释放出具有过氧化物酶活性的物质，以HRP为标记的ELISA测定中，溶血标本会增加非特异性显色）还应避免细菌污染（产生假阳性）。所以血清标本宜在新鲜时检测。
