微硅粉在混凝土中的应用MICROSILICA IN CONCRETE
微硅粉掺入水泥混凝土后能很好地填充于水泥颗粒空隙之中，使浆体更微密，另外它还与游离的
Ca(OH)结合，形成稳定的硅酸钙水化物2CaO、SiO2、H2O，该水化物凝胶强度高于Ca(OH)晶体，主要表现在：
（1）增加强度。使混凝土抗压、抗折强度大大增加，掺入5－10％的微硅粉，抗压强度可提高10-30％，抗折强度提高10％以上。
（2）增加致密度。抗渗性能提高5-18倍，抗化能力提高4倍以上。
（3）抗冻性：微硅粉在经过300-500次快速冻解循环，相对弹性模量隆低10－20％，而普通混凝土通过25-50次循环，相对弹性模量隆低为30-73％。
（4）早强性：微硅粉混凝土使诱导期缩短，具有早强的特性。
（5）抗冲磨、控空蚀性：微硅粉混凝土比普通混凝土抗冲磨能力提高0.5－2.5倍，抗空蚀能力提高3-16倍。

（1）橡胶工业：橡胶加一定量微硅粉后，其延伸缩、抗撕裂和抗老化度有很大提高，这种橡胶还具有良好的介电性，吸水能力低。
（2）作防结块剂：代替云母或硅藻土作防止肥料颗粒结块的原料。
（3）作球团粘合剂：微硅粉比表面积大，吸附性强，在国外做球团矿的粘合剂取得显著效果。
（4）水玻璃行业：可代替石英矿，生产出模数为4的水玻璃。
（5）在油田作为固井使用：吉林油田、辽河油田、克拉玛依油田等，都大量使用微硅粉，并取得很好的使用效果。
（6）在绝缘材料、防水材料、油漆、印刷工业等都得到应用。

硅粉作为一种新原料，在耐火行业普遍使用。它对不定形耐火材料的改善有重要作用。表现为：
（1）传统耐火材料中有众多孔隙，微硅粉充填于孔隙中，提高了体积密度和降低气孔率，强度可明显增强。
（2）微硅粉有强的活性，在水中能形成胶体粒子，加入适量的分散剂，可增强流动性，从而改善浇注性能。
（3）微硅粉在水中易形成一Si-OH基，具有较强的亲水性和活性，能增强耐火材料的凝聚，同时对高温性能有较大的改善，并可延长耐火制品的使用寿命。
